We use USPS for all international shipments. Magic of Venezia will combine up to 5 masks in one shipment for no extra cost. Please note that USPS does not provide a real time tracking service. With the reference number provided by Magic of Venezia you will only be able to see when your order leave the USA. Shippint to most of the international destinations takes approximately 6 - 10 business days.

Only domestic shipments can be tracked. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS or USPS tracking number. Go to UPS tracking site or USPS tracking site and copy your tracking number into the appropriate box. You may also go to My Account and view order history and status.

All of the items that you purchase from Magic of Venezia can be exchanged or returned within seven (7) days of receiving. Please note that shipping and handling cost is not refundable. If you are not happy with the product you have received and want to exchange it for a different model, an additional shipping fee will apply. Prior to sending anything back, please Contact Us to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Refund will not be granted for the goods returned without RAN. Masks and costumes cannot be returned if they have any signs of wear or if there is make-up or other damage to the interior or exterior of the mask (except the items damaged during the shipment).
