ARE ALL YOUR MASKS MADE IN VENICE?

Yes, all our beautiful masks are hand crafted just as they were centuries ago in Venice, Italy by Masters Mask-makers in the traditional Venetian techniques. Each Venetian mask comes with either Certificate of Authenticity, genuine wax seal, or even signed by the Artist.

CAN YOUR VENETIAN MASKS BE WORN?

Yes, all our beautiful Venetian masks are designed to be worn and come attached with ribbons, to tie the mask in place, or with an elegant stick. All masks are in one size and designed to fit an average adult face. If you need a larger mask please consider Bauta or Zanni for man and Colombina for women. These masks are opened from the top and bottom which makes them more flexible and comfortable. Also through their shape you can easily breathe and even eat and drink wearing these masks. That is why we recommend Bauta or Zanni, and Colombina if you are looking for the comfortable mask which you can wear for a long period of time on the masquerade party.

I WEAR GLASSES. DO YOU HAVE A MASK FOR ME?

For people who wear glasses we recommend masks with stick. Additionally, you can add a stick to most of the models we offer in our store. To add a stick, simply click the Add Stick box on product details page. If you do not see the Add Stick box that means that stick cannot be added to that particular model. There is $10 fee for adding a stick.

ARE YOUR MASKS LIGHT?

Yes, most of our masks are very light. Our Venetian masks made of paper mache which is basically a paper. That is why they are almost weightless. The only exception are large decorative masks that are little heavier just because of their size.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay and PayPal through Express Checkout. Per your request we can accept payments by phone, or mail.

HOW SALES TAX IS CALCULATED?

We charge 6.0% sales tax for Items sold by Magic of Venezia and shipped to destinations within Pennsylvania (PA). Shipping fee is not a subject for sales tax. Residents of other states do not pay sales tax.

IS IT SECURE TO MAKE PAYMENT ON YOUR WEBSITE?

We guarantee that every transaction you make at magicofvenezia.com will be 100% secure. During the transaction all your personal information is stored on our online payment provider highly secured server. All transaction details are heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. During transaction our online payment provider automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Magic of Venezia uses UPS and USPS for all domestic shipments.

We offer FREE USPS ground shipping on all orders within continental US as a gratitude to our customers.

UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3rd Day Air, and UPS Ground are also available for your convenience. During checkout please decide when you would like to receive your order, then choose a shipping method from the list. If you wish to use UPS Ground CLICK HERE to see an estimated delivery time map. Shipping insurance for up to $100 is included in domestic shipping cost.

We will combine up to 5 masks in one shipment for no extra cost.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we sell Worldwide. We use USPS for all international shipments. Magic of Venezia will combine up to 5 masks in one shipment for no extra cost. Please note that USPS does not provide a real time tracking service. With the reference number provided by Magic of Venezia you will only be able to see when your order leave the USA. Shippint to most of the international destinations takes approximately 6 - 10 business days.

We offer $40 flat shipping rate for all international orders.

IS MY MASK WILL BE EXACT THE SAME AS SHOWN ON THE PICTURE ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Yes, but we want to remind you that all our Venetian masks are handmade art pieces, therefore sometime decorations, dimensions, and color of each product may vary slightly from models shown. Beauty of handmade lies in their imperfections. Anything perfect is machine made...

WHAT MATERIALS USED?

Mostly paper mache, but also wood pulp and leather used for the shaping. Each mask is hand painted and decorated using a variety of finishes including: gold and silver leaf, macrame lace, Swarovski crystal pieces, metal ornaments, braiding, glitter, real music sheet, Tarot cards, and best quality feathers. Some of the masks are artificially aged using special crackle glaze technique that makes mask's finish look like antique porcelain.

I AM LOOKING FOR A CERTAIN MASK. CAN YOU HELP ME?

We probably can. Magic of Venezia works with many Mask-makers in Venice and this is very possible that one of them makes, or knows somebody who makes the model you are looking for. Simply send us an email with a picture and detailed description of the Venetian mask you desire and we will try our best to find it for you.

MAY I EXPECT ANY DISCOUNT?

Yes, if your masks order total is $1000 and above you are eligible for a discount. Please CONTACT US for details.

DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL PRICES FOR WEDDINGS, PARTIES, AND OTHER SPECIAL EVENTS?

Yes we do. Please CONTACT US if you are planning a Wedding, Costume Party, or any other type of Special Event and we will work with you personally to make sure that you receive the best prices possible.

DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Any item purchased from Magic of Venezia can be exchanged or returned within seven days of receipt. Please note that shipping and handling cost is not refundable. If you are not happy with the Venetian mask you have received and want to exchange it for a different model, an additional shipping fee will apply. Prior to sending anything back to us please CONTACT US to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Refund will not be granted for goods returned without RAN. Masks cannot be returned if they have any signs of wear or if there is make-up or other damage to the interior or exterior of the mask (except the items damaged during the shipment). Sorry but we will not accept returns for specially ordered masks and costumes.

I RECEIVED MY MASK BROKEN. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please report to Magic of Venezia as soon as the damaged shipment is received and examined. We insure all our domestic shipments and if you received your purchase broken you need to file a claim with UPS. For more information about UPS claiming process please CLICK HERE. Do not discard the original packaging materials. UPS needs that for investigation. For international shipments insurance is an option, please CONTACT US for details.
