Domestic Shipping

Magic of Venezia uses UPS and USPS for all domestic shipments.

We offer FREE USPS ground shipping on all orders within continental US as a gratitude to our customers.

UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3rd Day Air, and UPS Ground are also available for your convenience. During checkout please decide when you would like to receive your order, then choose a shipping method from the list. If you wish to use UPS Ground CLICK HERE to see an estimated delivery time map. Shipping insurance for up to $100 is included in domestic shipping cost.

We will combine up to 5 masks in one shipment for no extra cost. 

Please note that we need about 24 hours for processing. Magic of Venezia is not responsible for errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier. Shipping cost is not refundable.

International Shipping

We use USPS for all international shipments. Magic of Venezia will combine up to 5 masks in one shipment for no extra cost. Please note that USPS does not provide a real time tracking service. With the reference number provided by Magic of Venezia you will only be able to see when your order leave the USA. Shippint to most of the international destinations takes approximately 6 - 10 business days.

We offer $35 flat shipping rate for all international orders.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Only domestic shipments can be tracked. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS or USPS tracking number. Go to UPS tracking site or USPS tracking site and copy your tracking number into the appropriate box. You may also go to My Account and view order history and status.

Magic of Venezia is not responsible for errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier. Shipping cost is not refundable.

RETURNS

All of the items that you purchase from Magic of Venezia can be exchanged or returned within seven (7) days of receiving. Please note that shipping and handling cost is not refundable. If you are not happy with the product you have received and want to exchange it for a different model, an additional shipping fee will apply. Prior to sending anything back, please Contact Us to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Refund will not be granted for the goods returned without RAN. Masks and costumes cannot be returned if they have any signs of wear or if there is make-up or other damage to the interior or exterior of the mask (except the items damaged during the shipment).

Sorry, but we will not accept returns for specially ordered masks and Costumes.
